— A Dussehra Morning Ritual
Crisp, savoury fafda. Hot, syrupy jalebi.
In Gujarati households, Dussehra morning means one thing: a plate of crackling gram-flour fafda alongside hot jalebi, fresh out of the syrup. It’s the sweet-and-savoury combination families queue for at 6am so this Navratri, we’re taking pre-orders instead of the queue.
Every batch is made fresh in our Pendle Hill kitchen for the date you choose fafda fried to order, jalebi piped and soaked the same morning, ready to collect or delivered to your door.
