Our Story
Halwai began with one belief: that Indian sweets don’t need to travel across the world to taste right. Every ladoo, burfi and peda on our menu is made from scratch in our Pendle Hill kitchen, using the same ratios of milk, ghee and sugar our family has trusted for generations.
No shortcuts, no imported fillers — just fresh dairy, real dry fruit, and the patience it takes to reduce milk properly in the kadai.
