— A Dussehra Morning Ritual
Crisp, savoury fafda. Hot, syrupy jalebi.
In Gujarati households, Dussehra morning means one thing: a plate of crackling gram-flour fafda alongside hot jalebi, fresh out of the syrup. It’s the sweet-and-savoury combination families queue for at 6am — so this Navratri, we’re taking pre-orders instead of the queue.
Every batch is made fresh in our Pendle Hill kitchen for the date you choose — fafda fried to order, jalebi piped and soaked the same morning, ready to collect or delivered to your door.
